新疆企业融资结构失衡的成因分析及对策建议

随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善,反映市场经济本质的新型融资机制——市场调节型融资机制已逐步建立起来并居于主导地位。但企业融资结构在经济转轨过程中由于制度性及历史性原因,诸多问题开始凸显。本文对新疆企业融资结构所存在的非均衡性及其所产生的负效应进行了分析,并提出一些完善新疆企业融资结构的对策建议。

Hazards of Unbalanced Financing Structures of Enterprises in Xinjiang and Its Countermeasures

Along with the establishment of the socialist marketing economy,a new financing mechanism has been established step by step and on the leading position,which reflects marketing economic essence.That is market regulation type financing mechanism.But for the reason of regulations and historic issues,some problems appear in the changing of enterprise financing structure.This paper analyses the unbalanced financing structures of enterprises in Xinjiang and the negative effects and advances some structural countermeasures for changing this situation.
