合理的低碳经济发展评价指标体系,是科学指导低碳经济发展方向的重要事实依据。文章首先根据低碳经济含义,建立低碳经济发展评价指标体系;然后,以江苏、浙江、上海3省市数据为样本进行实证研究,对其近十年的低碳水平动态发展状况作对比,评价其经济发展中的碳含量的影响因素;最后,针对各自特征给出发展低碳经济的具体建议。
