基于系统动力学的南京市住宅业发展研究

针对我国城市住宅业发展面临的困境,在综合考虑城市经济发展、环境、企业与人口等多种因素的基础上利用系统动力学(System Dynamics SD)方法建立了城市住宅业发展的SD模型。进一步,利用南京市住宅业发展的相关数据验证了模型的有效性并预测了南京市未来十几年住宅业的发展状况。在此基础上,为南京是住宅业的健康发展提出了相应的政策建议。

Base on the System Dynamics for Housing Development in Nanjing City
