| 摘 要： | 本文依据大样本调查数据,Elman人工神经网络模型,对江苏省"十二五"期间旅游星级酒店从业人才需求进行了预测,并运用模型最优组合对预测结果进行修正。在人才量预测的结果上,提出了实现预测目标的人才发展战略,以为江苏省酒店人才的开发和培养提供有效的决策性参考。

| Abstract: | Based on research data of large sample,construction of GM（1,1） Model and Elman Artificial Neural Networks,this paper makes a prediction of demand for star-rated hotel talents in Jiangsu province during the period of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan and modification of prediction result by applying optimal combination of the model,calculated through combining ？？C＋＋ language with MatLab in computer technology.Furthermore,this paper puts forward talent development strategy to achieve prediction goal,providing an effective decision-making reference for development and cultivation of hospitality talents in Jiangsu province. |
