| 摘 要： | 建设与发展鄱阳湖生态经济区是江西省委省政府近年来提出的一项重要的战略决策。本文介绍了鄱阳湖生态经济区生态旅游资源的赋存概况,明确了生态旅游产业的区域主导产业地位,并在SWOT分析的基础上,从整体规划、资金投入、产品开发、营销推广和人才培养等五个方面提出了战略对策。
