我国电力行业上市公司技术效率的实证研究

摘    要:电力产业是国民经济的基础,对经济的发展起着至关重要的作用。本文采用30家电力行业上市公司2005—2007年的面板数据,运用随机边界分析(SFA)方法,计算电力行业上市公司的技术效率,并具体分析了影响技术无效率的因素,进而得出结论:我国电力行业上市公司技术效率差别较大,总体水平有待提高,股权集中度、董事会规模、上市公司的规模对技术效率具有显著影响。为提高我国电力行业上市公司的技术效率,本文最后提出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract:The electric power industry is the foundation of the national economy and plays an important role on the development of the economy.In this paper,using panel data of 30 listed electric power companies over the period 2005—2007 and method of Stochastic Frontier Analysis,we calculate the technical efficiency of China's electric power industry.According to the results above,we analyze the specific effects of technical inefficiency.And we get some results: There is a big difference of technical efficiency of China's listed electric power industry.It also shows that it's important to improve the technical efficiency level of the whole industry.Meanwhile,the model shows that some variables(degree of shares concentration,size of board of directors,size of listed company) have great effects on technical efficiency.In order to improve the technical efficiency of China's listed electric power industry,we give out some advices at the end of the paper.
