王快水库溢洪道开挖结合堆石坝石料开采技术

摘    要:王快水库除险加固工程主要的施工项目就是将原溢洪道向两岸扩挖,并对拦河大坝进行加厚加高填筑,而且是把溢洪道开挖出的新鲜石渣直接用于大坝填筑。为既能满足溢洪道开挖进度的要求,又能使爆破出的石渣符合大坝填筑石料级配的要求,采取合理的爆破技术是关键。通过对溢洪道地质条件、地形条件和大坝填筑技术要求的认真分析研究论证,并在多次试验的基础上,从爆破技术的方案设计、爆破参数设计、爆破安全论证等方面进行总结,采用深孔台阶微差积压爆破技术,成功地解决了开挖和填筑的问题。

Rock Mining Blasting Technology in Wangkuai Reservoir

Abstract:Upgrade projects of Wangkuai Reservoir is mainly to expand original spillway and to thicken and heighten the dam, at the same time to put fresh slag of spillway excavation directly into the dam filling. For meeting requirements of the spillway excavation progress and the stone grading, a reasonable blasting technology is a key factor. By careful analysis of spillway geological, terrain conditions and technical requirements for dam filling, many experiments based on the program design, the design of blasting parameters, blasting safety verification are carried out and summed up. By using deep-hole bench light-error blasting technology, we successfully solve the problems during excavation and filling.
