| 摘 要： | 构建节约型政府重在行政成本控制,但当前我国行政成本过高、增长过快的现实,使行政成本控制面临诸多问题,解决问题的有效路径就是完善公共财政预算编制,增加公共财政预算的透明度,加强财政支出监督管理,以降低行政成本.

| Abstract: | What is important in the construction of economizing government is controlling administration cost.The reality that the administration cost is too high and it increases too quickly in our country has made administration cost control face a lot of problems.The effective solutions to the problems are to perfect public finance budget workout,increase public finance budget transparency,strengthen financial expenditure supervision and management in order to reduce administration cost. |
