| 摘 要： | 目前在国际上，物流作为新兴的服务产业被视为继原材料、劳动力之外的“第三利润源泉”。建立具有竞争优势的物流服务已成为增强企业竞争力的一个必不可少环节。如何在物流服务与物流成本二者之间存在效益背反的情况下进行均衡，是物流服务竞争优势的关键所在。
