| 摘 要： | 探讨了区域水价的表现形式、制定目标、影响因素以及制定方法，分析了同质区域与功能区域水价在现实操作中可能遇到的问题，提出按供水成本确定合理的价格水平，制定科学的定额指标体系、可持续发展的水价构成等区域水价目标。

| Abstract: | Expressional modes,formulating purpose,factors as well as formulating methods of regional water price are discussed.As regards the homogenous and functional areas,potential problems concerning practices of water prices are analyzed.The purpose of regional water price is put forward,that is,formulation of reasonable cost of water supply,determination of feasible water price,scientific ration index system and formulation of water price with sustainable development,etc. |
