摘    要: 为降低隔河岩升船机BL4梁拉应力,对BL4梁采用了预应力锚索措施。为了解预应力锚索张拉时的应力分布,在BL4梁悬臂的混凝土表面粘贴应变片,进行现场监测。监测成果表明:随锚索预应力增大,梁悬臂的压应力也逐步增大,最大压应力为-5.54 MPa,未出现拉应力,表明张拉效果良好。

Abstract:The BL4 beam of Geheyan ship lift is an important structure connected between the upper head and the middle aqueduct of the second vertical ship lift. In order to decrease the tensile stresses , prestressed anchors were installed on the BL4 beam. Some strain sheets were installed on the surface of concrete to monitor the distribution of stress during installing prestressed anchors. The monitoring result indicated that the compressive stress increased with increase of prestress of anchors, the maximum value was up to -5.54 MPa, and there was no tensile stress . So the effect of prestressed anchor is very good.
