基于和谐的住房保障制度研究:一个国际比较的视角

中国已经初步建立起了以经济适用房制度、廉租房制度和住房公积金为主要内容的住房保障制度,但在实施过程中还存在许多问题和缺陷。应借鉴国外住房保障制度经验,如:扩大筹资渠道、增加有效供给、加强审核监督等,提高保障住房的供给效率,为和谐社会建设提供住房制度保障。

Study of Housing Security System based on Principle of "Harmony": From the Perspective of International Comparison

So far China has fundamentally established the housing security system,including affordable houses,low-rent houses and housing accumulation fund.But in enforcing the above system there are still quite a few problems and defects.The authors hold that in order to enhance the supply efficiency of subsidiary houses and provide housing security system for the construction of harmonious society we shall refer to the housing security systems in foreign countries: expanding the funding channels,increasing effective supply and strengthening examination and supervision.
