| Abstract: | T·W·Schultz initiated the study of human capital in 1960. But the theory did not explain whether moral virtue is a part of human capital. According to the character of moral virtue and the study of Iving Fisher, the paper demonstrates that moral virtue is definitely a part of human capital. It is significant and important to regard moral virtue as a part of human capital in the process of Chinese market economy building because it is helpful in people's moral virtue education and cultivation. |
