民办高校大学生就业困难的原因分析及指导对策

随着我国高等教育体制改革的深化,民办高校迅速发展起来。但是,在现如今这个就业形式严峻的大环境下,大量民办高校大学生的工作问题也日益浮现出来,怎样才能引导毕业生顺利就业已经能够成为一个亟需解决的重要问题。本文根据笔者所在的广州城建职业学院的实际工作情况,对目前民办高校的就业问题及解决的措施进行了探讨。
