| 摘 要： | 我国行业协会要完成三个方面转型：一是业务与职能转型。协会逐步减少政府委托业务，增加为企业服务的职能，淡化理论议l教，即少说“正确的废话”，积极开拓为市场服务的领域；二是人才与心态转型，人员向专职和非专职两个方面转变；三是政策与环境转型，呼吁政策转型，为协会提供“休养生息”的政策，给协会作为的空间。

| Abstract: | Our country's professional associations need transfer in three aspects:Firstly,in professional work and function.To crease work entrusted by government and increase service for enterprises;reduce preaching and add fields of service;Secondly,in talents and psychology,work staffs can turn to special and nonspecial;Thirdly policy and enviroment need to be loose and comfortable,leave enough room for professional association. |
