| 摘 要： | "十二五"开局之年,胡锦涛总书记在清华大学百年校庆时讲话指出,高等教育作为科技第一生产力和人才第一资源的重要结合点,在国家发展中具有十分重要的地位和作用。可见,发展高等教育已经上升为战略的高度。研究高等教育的发展,就离不开研究高校教育经费投入情况,以黑龙江省高校为研究对象,进行教育经费投入现状分析,从而为各级政府制定合理的教育发展规划提供参考。

| Abstract: | This is the first year of "twelfth-five year",in the speech of Qing Hua University celebration,chairman Hu Jintao refers that higher education as the important point of first technology productivity and first human resources has played an important role in national development.Therefore,development of higher education has risen to a strategic level.We can not discuss the development of higher education without the input of the education funding.This paper mainly analysis the education funding in order to provide a reference for the government to formulate education development plan. |
