| 摘 要： | 为深入贯彻落实科学发展观，大力推进改革创新步伐，国有企业必须从管理理念的创新，决策管理的创新，战略管理的创新，组织结构的创新，以及人本管理的创新等五个方面找出突破口或重点，以此全面打开管理创新的局面，从而实现企业的经营目标。
