宏观调控形势下国有商业银行的经营对策思考

新一轮宏观调控通过严把货币信贷投放和土地供给两大"闸门",控制当前部分行业固定资产投资过快增长,缓解经济运行中煤电油运的"短板"矛盾.鉴于我国典型的间接融资型金融结构,"分类指导、松紧适度"的刹车方式既给国有商业银行带来新的挑战,同时在长期效应上有利于推进现代商业银行的建设进程.为使国有商业银行更加主动地适应宏观调控和经济环境的新变化,促进经济持续快速协调健康发展,根据江苏经济和金融的实际,本文提出了要准确把握和牢固树立科学的金融发展观,全面推进结构调整,积极竞争和开拓优质市场,建立健全信贷风险管理长效机制等对策建议.

Countermeasures of State-Owned Commercial Banks under the Backdrop of Macro-Control Policy

The new round of macro-control is intended to tighten contro l over money supply and credit loans to dam ongoing overinvest-ment in fixed as sets in some sectors and ease the shortage of coal,power and petrol in our econo mic operation.Considering our financial structure typifying indirect fund-raisin g,it is believed that the brake-- "To guide separately and exercise tightening moderately"-- is a new challenge to commercial banks and at the same time,is instrumental to the construction process of modern commercial banks in the long run.In order to make state-owned commercial banks adapt to the new change as a result of the macro-control policy and new econom-ic environment and advance the economy in a sustainable,balanced and healthy manner,and in light of the economic and financ ial reality in Jiangshu Province,it is proposed that a scientific concept of fin ancial development be accurately grasped and firmly fostered and efforts be made to conduct an all-round structural adjustment,to actively compete in and explor e fine-quality market and establish and perfect a last-ing mechanism for credit risk management.
