| 摘 要： | 本文根据福建省福州市的情况构建了住宅小区的绿色物业服务指标体系,然后采用层次分析法确定了生态性、舒适安全感、人文关怀感、经营性等各因素的权重,并利用层次分析法的基本原理对其进行综合评定.
