| 摘 要： | 货运代理是一个中间性的行业,处于国际贸易和国际运输之间,其业务内容具有复杂性和多样性的特点。由于近年来随着货运代理的业务范围不断扩展和延伸,相关的货运纠纷也随之变得复杂和尴尬。文章从相关法律法规以及实际业务运作层面上对货运代理的身份地位和承担的责任进行分析,符合货运代理企业法律地位的发展趋向,同时具有一定现实意义。
