| Abstract: | Establish innovation concept in legislation, continue system innovation, provide good law circumstance for China's reform and development, and promote social progress. We should spread innovation experience of Shenzhen in legislation, set up legislative system with democracy and science and high efficiency, perfect supervising in legislation, make and standardize auditing system of violation of the constitution. |
