A Positive Study on the Supply Chain Management Appraisal Methods

This paper illuminates the principles of supply chain management appraisal, constructs the appraisal index system, and gives the models of appraisal methods. It designs the triangle conversion and information - based adjustment as the ways to deal with the problems such as subjectivity and disturbance of random factors in appraisal. It then, based on the practice of supply chain management in some enterprise, does the positive study, and analyzes the appraisal outcomes and the concerned causes as well. The paper finally puts forward suggestions to improve and upgrade supply chain management.
