多中心理论视野下的农村公共产品供给创新

农村公共产品供给对于解决“三农”问题，全面建设小康社会至关重要。现阶段我国政府财政供给能力有限，市场行为也不能解决农村公共服务领域的许多问题。为改进现阶段我国农村公共产品的供给，满足农村居民不断增长的物质文化需要，本文立足于我国社会的实践背景，借鉴多中心理论对相关实践活动的经验总结，在政府供给和市场供给的基础上，从多中心治道的理论视野来探析农村公共产品的供给创新。

Supply Innovation of Rural Public Product Under the Vision of the Multi-central Theory

he countryside public product supplies , regarding the solution to the ＂Three Rural Issues＂ and the comprehensive construction of well-off society, are very important. At present, our governmenfs fiscal supply ability is limited, and the market＇s behaviors cannot solve many problems in the countryside public-service field. In order to improve our present supply of public product and satisfy the rural residents＇ increasing material culture needs, this article, based on our social practical background, profiting from the correlated practical experience of the multi-central theory, established in the government＇s and market＇s supplies, searches and analyzes the supply innovation of the rural public product under the vision of the multi-central theory.
