山东省经济社会生态协调发展水平研究

现代区域经济的发展不仅仅是经济的发展,而是经济、社会和生态的协调发展。本文利用山东省109个县、县级市和市直辖区的2006年的数据,计算各区域的经济、社会和生态的协调度,从而进一步山东省经济、社会和生态子系统两两之间以及区域总体水平上三个子系统的协调程度。通过分析得到两个结论:第一,山东省县、县级市和市直辖区之间的可持续发展水平、经济、社会和生态的三个子系统两两之间的协调度以及经济社会生态的综合协调度存在着明显的区域差异;第二,区域可持续发展能力的高低不仅体现为经济、社会和生态的三个子系统的本身水平的高低,更重要的是三个子系统之间以及总体上的综合协调程度的高低。

Study on the Coordinative Development of Economy and Society and Ecology in Shandong Province

Contemporary regional development is not only the economic development, but also the coordinative development of economy and society and ecology. Therefore, with the data in 2006 of 109 counties of Shandong Province, the paper has analyzed the coordinative degree among economy and society and ecology, especially the integrated coordination degree of economical and social and ecological systems. Through the analysis, it has concluded that 1） there is obvious difference on the level of sustainable development and the coordinative degree among the 109 counties; 2） the ability of regional sustainable development is not only indicated by the level of sustainable development in economical and social and ecological systems, but also by the coordinative degree among economy and society and ecology.
