摘    要:以翻白草的花轴为材料,进行了愈伤组织诱导和分化,试管苗的移栽和移植的研究,建立起翻白草的无性系。结果证明:MS+BA0.6mg·L-1+2,4-D1.2mg·L-1-1.6mg·L-1是花轴愈伤组织诱导培养的理想培养基;1/2MS或MS+AgNO30.5mg·L-1+BA0.5mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1的培养基是愈伤组织分化培养的理想培养基;MS+NAA0.1mg·L-1+IAA0.2mg·L-1-0.3mg·L-1的培养基是生根培养的理想培养基;在温室的营养钵中试管苗移栽成活率为95.75%;移植到山坡上的试管苗保持了翻白草的生物学性状,并出现了根系发达、生长旺盛的特点。

Abstract:The asexual line of Potentilla discolor was established by the studies on the induction and differentiation of callus and the transplanting of tube seedlings of rachis. The results showed that the ideal medium for induction and differentiation of callus was MS+BA0.6mg·L^-1+2,4-D1.2mg·L^-1-1.6mg·L^-1 and MS(1/2MS)+ AgNO30.5mg·L^-1 +BA0.5mg·L^-1+NAA0.1mg·L^-1 respectively, the ideal medium for rooting was MS+NAA0.1 mg·L^-1+IAA0.2 mg·L^-1-0.3 mg·L^-1. The survival rate of transplanting to the culture pans was 95.75% in the glasshouse. The tube seedlings transplanted to the hill kept the botanic characters with flourishing roots.
