| 摘 要： | 中部崛起的总体战略,对于地处中部地区"南引擎"的洞庭湖区,蕴藏着巨大的经济发展潜力,具有独特的后发优势。通过分析洞庭湖区经济发展现状和中部崛起对洞庭湖区经济发展的影响,找出了在国家区域经济协调发展背景下湖区经济发展的方向与重点,进而提出了湖区经济发展必须加强软硬环境建设、着力培育有竞争力的主导产业、扩大开放加强区际的经济联系、壮大经济后发优势力量和注重培育湖区潜在产业等应对策略。

| Abstract: | There are huge economic development potential and unique advantages at Dongting Lake Region in Hunan Province located in the central because of ＂Central China＇s Emergence＂ strategy. By analyzing economic development present State in Dongting Lake Region and ＂Central China＇s Emergence＂ strategy influence on economic development in Dongting Lake Region, It is found that economic development direction and key point under the Background of ＂Central China＇s Emergence＂。 The regional economic strategies is poposed as follows： （1） strengthening the soft and hard environment construction; （2） foster competitive leading industries; （3） openging up , strengthen the economic ties with the surrounding area; （4） strengthen the advantage of growing economic; （5） trainpotential industry of lakes . |
