| 摘 要： | 在重新构建衡量乳制品产业规模与效率的指标体系的基础上，运用因子分析方法对中国31个省、自治区、直辖市的乳制品产业的窥模与效率进行评价，探讨了中国乳制品产业不同区域的规模与效率存在差异性原因，并提出了相应的政策与建议。

| Abstract: | Through reconstructing target system, the article introduces factor analysis to appraise the scale and the efficiency of dairy industry inter-regions china ,and finds out the reason why the scale and the efficiency of dairy industry is different in different clusters,then it puts forward some corresponding countermeasure. |
