| 摘 要： | 启动消费,扩大内需是我国今后相当长时期内的一项基本国策.作者认为城乡居民收入增长失衡,收入、消费差距不断扩大,是制约我国启动农村消费市场、扩大国内需求的主要障碍.而城乡收入、消费差距的扩大在很大程度上在于农村社会保障制度建设的滞后.经过分析研究,得出结论:建立农村社会保障制度是启动农村消费市场,扩大内需的关键.

| Abstract: | To start consuming market and enlarge domestic demand is the basic policy in China.The enlarging gap of income and consumption between rural and city residents,which is due to the lagged construction of the rural social security,is the main barrier to start rural consuming market and enlarge the domestic demand.Therefore,the construction of rural social security is the key to start rural consuming market and enlarge the domestic demand. |
