青海省矿产资源开发可持续性发展思考

文章通过对青海省矿产资源开发、管理现状分析 ,认为青海省矿产资源开发利用与可持续发展仍有一定的差距 ,主要表现为矿产资源消耗严重 ,生产技术水平不高 ,管理工作跟不上。文章认为青海矿产资源开发实现可持续发展 ,应从以下几个方面采取措施 :提高技术科技含量 ,加大执法力度 ,管理制度创新 ,加强人才培养。

Thoughts on the Sustainable Development of Mineral Resources Exploration in Qinghai Province

Through analysis of the current situation of mineral resource exploration and management in Qinghai province, the paper points out some existing problems with regard to sustainability. These problems include potentially damaging consumption rates of mineral resources, inefficient production techniques and poor management. The author suggests specific methods for improvement that include: promoting higher levels of science and technology; strengthening law enforcement; bringing forth new ideas in the management system; enhancing the training of the incoming work force.
