水电站最小下泄流量分析计算——以赣州市留金坝水电站为例

摘    要:以江西省赣州市留金坝电站为例,选取4种基于水文学的标准流量法分析了水电站影响下的减(脱)水河段最小生态流量。并根据减(脱)水河段生态水文特性,水功能区纳污能力及水质目标要求,基本生产、生活用水需求,河道天然来水量状况和水利工程经济效益等6个方面,比选确定赣州市留金坝水电站减(脱)水河段现状年和规划年的最小下泄流量参考值分别为15.81、16.01 m3/s,为其他类似水电站研究确定最小下泄流量提供参考。

Abstract:This paper, takes the water reducing segment of Liujin hydropower station in Ganzhou city, Jiangxi province as an example,and select 4 standard flow analyses of hydrology to analyze the minimum ecological flow in the water reducing segment under the influence of rural hydropower stations.. And according to the six aspects, which include ecological hydrology characteristics, pollutant carrying capacity and quality requirement in water function areas, basic production demand, basic living demand, natural hydrologic conditions of river and economic benefit of the project, we find that the minimum early warning flow is 15. 81 m3/ s,16. 01 m3/ s. respectively in this year and planning- year, in Liujin hydropower station, which provides reference to the early warning flow studies in water reducing segments of other similar hydropower stations.
