浅谈创新民办本科院校学风建设长效机制——以宁波大红鹰学院经管学院为例

我国高等教育由精英化进入大众化阶段，对我国民办本科院校来说，既是机遇又是挑战。尤其是学风建设问题更是关系到他们的生存发展，目前这些院校学风不同程度的存在问题，必须建立学风建设长效机制。文章通过宁波大红鹰学院经管学院的实践，对建立长效机制进行了一些创新研究。

Our higher education has entered the pubic stage from the elite stage.To civilian-run colleges in our country ,it＇ s both an opportunity and a challenge.Moreover, the construction of academic atmosphere affects their existence and development.Currently, there are some problems on the academic atmosphere in these colleges. So,it is necessary to establish long-term mechanism .The article takes some creative research on the construcion by the practice in Economic and Administrative Institution of Ningbo Dahnngying College.
