| 摘 要： | 测绘产品履行署名制度，可增强测绘技术人员的责任感，荣誉感，体现使命感，维护“版权”与“知识产权”的法律奠严，更重要是对提高测绘产品的质量，发展壮大测绘技术队伍有不可估量的推动作用，测绘产品质量的终身责任制也真正落到了实处。
