| 摘 要： | 高校兼职档案人员综合素质的高低直接影响着档案业务工作的效率、水平和质量,对档案工作整体效能的发挥也起着关键作用。作为高校的档案工作部门,在全国档案工作队伍中占有技术和人才优势,更应提高兼职档案人员的理论研究水平和工作能力,使之适应未来社会信息产业发展的需要,更好地为高校的改革发展服务,为我国社会主义现代化建设服务。

| Abstract: | File business job efficiency,level and mass synthetical quality of colleges and universities concurrent post file personnel height is being affected directly,bringing into play to archives work overall effi- cacy is also playing a vital role.As colleges and universities archives work branch,occupy the technology and talented person advantage in the whole nation archives work team,level and service ability the theory should improve the file personnel who holds two or more posts concurrendy more is studied,adapt that to the need that future society IT industry develops,serve better for colleges and universities reformation develops,so- cialist modernization drive serves for our country. |
