| 摘 要： | 晋江的运动鞋集群经过二十多年的发展,已经进入了成熟阶段,在集群内涌现出一大批优秀的企业。集群要进一步发展,能力很重要,而能力需要通过集群学习来不断培养和提高。本文从集群学习的角度,研究了晋江运动鞋集群的内外学习机制,并对进一步增强集群学习提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | The Jinjiang sneakers cluster after 20 years of development,has entered the mature stage,within a cluster emerged in a large number of outstanding enterprise.Cluster development,capacity is very important,and ability to constantly by cluster learning needs to cultivate and improve.This paper,from the angle of learning clusters study the inside and outside of Jinjiang sneakers cluster learning mechanism,and to further enhance the cluster learning to put forward the corresponding proposal. |
