| 摘 要： | 兴趣在人的生活中有着重大意义,它是推动人去力求认识、掌握某种事物、参与某种活动的内驱力。体育兴趣是影响居民自觉、积极体育锻炼的重要因素,一旦居民的体育兴趣被激发,就会对体育运动参与起着重要作用,同时也是影响生活质量的重要因素。本文对吐鲁番市城镇居民的体育兴趣进行了调查与分析,力图找出居民在体育运动中存在的问题,并提出改善这些现状的建议。

| Abstract: | Interest is meaningful for people's daily life,it is the internal drive to push people to learn and master all kinds of things and participate in all kinds of activities.Sports interest is the important factor which affects residents' initially taking part in the sports exercise.Once the interest is aroused,it is important for resisdents' participation in sports activities and for the improvement of their life quality.The paper conducts the survey and analysis for the resisdents' sports interest to find the problems in resisdents' sports activities and proposes the improving suggestion. |
