关于高校财务预算管理的思考

随着我国高校教育体制改革的不断深化,预算管理作为高校财务管理的重要组成部分,越来越受到人们的关注.目前,高校办学规模不断扩大,资金流量迅速增加,如何创新管理理念,实现高校有限资源的优化配置和有效使用已成为高校积极探索的重要课题.本文对高校财务预算管理进行了分析,并对目前管理中存在的一些问题提出了对策和意见.

Thoughts on Strengthening Financial Budget Management in Universities

With the unceasing deepening of higher education system in our country, more and more attention is paid to the budget management which is an important part of financial management. The scale of higher institutions is expanding continually and financing flux increases rapidly at present, so how to innovate management thoughts and optimize the collocation and utilization of limited resources has become an important issue which is researched actively by many universities. Financial budget management is analyzed in the paper firstly and then countermeasures for finical management are provided.
