摘    要:随着个体竞争向群体竞争的转变,参与竞争的不再是单个企业的竞争,而是价值链、价值网络的整体抗衡.众多企业纷纷将价值链进行分解、重组,构建以自己为核心的价值网络,或将自己的核心能力模块化,融入更多的价值链.这为中小企业的发展提供了新的思路.中小企业应从价值网络竞争的高度,选择战略定位,构建自己价值网络或融入更多的价值网络,为此,需要重新定义业务、打造核心能力、加强价值网络的管理.

Abstract:With the conversion of competition from individual to group, the competitors are more involved in a value chain or value network than in one -to -one competi struct the self- centered value chain in order to modulize the tion. Many enterprises break nuc ear capability in harmony up, reorganize and conwith more value chain.Based on this creative idea, the small and medium - sized enterprises should take strategies to construct their own value network for more severe competition, which calls for redefining business, improving nuclear capability and strengthening the management of value network.
