| 摘 要： | 何谓机动车所有人,机动车所有人应否成为交通事故责任主体,应在何种情形下成为责任主体,这些问题在理论和司法实践中均存在较大争议.通过对上述问题的分析、研究,以试图找到机动车所有人应否承担民事责任这一法律问题的正确答案.
