| Abstract: | The contracted land management contract is a kind of civil contract, the resulting land contract management rights is a kind of civil rights of mixed property and claims. The land contract operation rights which is derived from the internal and external contracted land management contracts demonstrates the nature of leading to property rights and claims. |
