| 摘 要： | 企业发展战略的科学性、合理性及可行性在企业的可持续发展中起着至关重要的作用。但由于许多历史的以及体制的原因,我国的煤炭企业在整体战略的部署以及发展规划方面都存在着许多严重的不足。本文针对当前我国煤炭企业在发展中所面临的问题,结合生产实际及对未来市场的分析判断,为煤炭企业的发展战略提出了一些切实可行的建议。

| Abstract: | The rationality and feasibility play an important role in the continual development of enterprise. But because of the historical system, there are many serious deficiencies in the arrangement and development project of the strategy of the coal enterprise. Considering the productive practice and analyzing the future market, this paper gives some feasible suggestions to the development strategy of the coal enterprise. |
