| Abstract: | Basing on transaction theory of stress, the relationship between entrepreneurial stressor, primary recognition appraisal, secondary recognition appraisal and coping strategy was discussed in Chinese entrepreneurial environment. The paper explored the theory model on the relationship between entrepreneurial stressor, primary recognition appraisal, secondary recognition appraisal and coping strategy on the base of review of related documents. |
