| 摘 要： | 石油项目是典型的风险项目,石油项目的投资风险在石油项目投资的筹划、实施过程中是客观存在的,风险分析是石油项目评估的重要内容之一。本文在分析石油风险因素的基础上建立了石油项目风险评估指标体系,用层次分析法确定风险指标权重,再运用灰色评估方法对石油项目投资的风险进行了定量评估,其结果能为石油项目投资提供决策参考依据。

| Abstract: | The petroleum project is the typical and risky project.The investment risk objectively exists in the preparation and the implementation process of the petroleum project investment. The risk analysis is one of the most important contents of the petroleum project appraisal. The text has established the risk appraisal target system based in the analysis of petroleum risk factor. To quantify risk target with the analytic hierarchy process,and then utilize the grey appraisal method to appraise the investment risk of the petroleum project quantitiedly. The result can provide the reference basis for the petroleum investment. |
