| 摘 要： | 在今天全球经济一体化和区域经济集团化并行的经济格局中,国际直接投资理论(FDI)和产业集群理论这两个原本联系不太密切的理论,现在却有着非常紧密的联系。一方面FDI具有很强的地理集中性和产业集群效应;另一方面在产业集群对FDI也具有很强的吸聚作用,集群理论研究中开始关注FDI;系统地研究和总结FDI与产业集群互动关系具有非常重要的意义。
