| 摘 要： | 化石能源面临枯竭,生物能源在人类将来的能源消费中将占重要地位。我国是生物能源大国,劳动力资源丰富,有着较好的技术条件。借鉴国外经验,加快生物能源的开发,能够促进农村工业的发展,增加农民收入,提高农业综合效益,充分利用农业资源,对解决“三农”问题,振兴农村经济,加快全面建设小康社会有重要意义。

| Abstract: | As fossil energy is going to be exhausted,bio-energy will become more and more important in the future energy consumption.China has abundant biomass,plentiful human labors and advanced technology.Referring to for- eign experience,bio-energy exploitation can improve the development of rural industries,increase farmers' income, raise synthetic benefit of agriculture and utilize agriculture resources more efficiently.Furthermore,bio-energy exploi- tation also has great significance in solving the problems related to farmers,agriculture and rural areas,vitalizing rural economy and constructing a well-off society. |
