| Abstract: | The essay,on the basis of the "financial restrain and deepening" theory by the American economists Rownard.Markingnal and Edward.Shaw,analyses the present organization of rural financial system and the manifestation of rural financial restrain,and gives reflections and countermeasures on how to reorganize the rural financial system under the financial restrain in China. |
