| 摘 要： | 由于环境的变幻以及新技术的出现可能会使企业精心培育和构筑起来的卓越能力隔夜之间变得一文不值。动态能力旨在研究企业如何识别市场机会,合理配置、重构企业的资源和能力,以提升企业的市场价值,以克服企业能力刚性。对动态能力形成过程进行深入分析,可以避免动态能力的抽象化,为企业应对多变的环境提供较为具体的参考。

| Abstract: | The rapid change of the environment and the emergence of new technologies may make what enterprises foster and construct meticulously lose its value overnight.Dynamic capability aims at studying how enterprises discern market chance,rationally disposed resources,construct enterprises,by promoting the market value of enterprises,in order to overcome enterprises' rigid ability.This paper has a analysis of the dynamic capability forming process,in which the avoidable dynamic capability is abstract.It offers the comparatively concrete references to the changeable environment of enterprises. |
