| 摘 要： | 市场经济的发展意味着法律修改会频繁进行,如果更好地同时运用法律修改和法律解释,则会为我国的立法和法治建设的发展起到很大的作用,因为法律修改和法律解释共同填补着一国法律的漏洞,二者主要的原则相同,都是法律实践,其主体有时同一,二者也都是具有法律效力的行为,而且理论和实践证明有的法律解释就是对法律的修改.

| Abstract: | The development of market economy means the more frequent revision of laws.Law revision and statute interpretation can together fill in a nation's legal loopholes.The simultaneous application of both will play an essential role in our national legislation and law construction.Both of them share the main principles,and belong to the practice of laws.Sometimes,their principal parts are the same,and their conducts are both of valid legal forces.However,both the theory and the practice prove that some statute interpretation itself is the revision of laws. |
