| 摘 要： | 我国保险公司从传统经营管理向现代保险公司经营管理转型中,需要建立自己的核心竞争力。保险公司核心竞争力的构成要素以及体系框架是培育保险公司核心竞争力的基础。本文从核心竞争力内涵的界定分析入手,深入剖析保险公司核心竞争力的构成要素,以及核心竞争力的培育机理,以期能为为保险公司核心竞争力的研究提供一个基本的理论分析框架。
