| 摘 要： | 项目制造是一种面向订单设计的生产类型。结合企业实际应用以项目制造这种过程管理复杂、极具个性的生产类型企业为背景,论述了在项目的驱动下,建立虚拟企业,进行虚拟经营的意义与优势,提出了项目制造虚拟经营模式,并结合企业实际应用进行了实证分析。
