| 摘 要： | 我国民营企业集团在现代经济发展中起着十分重要的作用,作为一种企业组织形式,它有着单一大企业所不具有的优点,但也存在不少问题,我们应从以下几方面入手解决:对企业的组织结构进行重组,使集团组织结构扁平化;优化母子公司的权力分配关系;突出主业,打造完整产业链;推进企业集团的全球化布局;加强对企业集团的融资和集团内各公司资金的监督和管理.
